Please review all purchase details carefully before completing your transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual Template Purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not offer refunds for individual template purchases once access to the Product has been provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds for individual template purchases will only be considered in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duplicate transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A verifiable failure in product delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Except for the situations listed above, all individual template sales are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Premium &amp; Premium Plus Annual Subscriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers who purchase a Premium or Premium Plus Annual Subscription may request a cancellation and full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, provided that no Product has been used during that period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definition of \u201cProduct Use\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the purposes of this Refund Policy, \u201cProduct use\u201d includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clicking a download, access, or request button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Having a template appear in the Customer\u2019s user template section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving possession or access to any template or Product, regardless of whether the file has been opened, downloaded, edited, or applied<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If any Product use occurs during the subscription period, the transaction will be considered completed and no refund will be granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Refundable Circumstances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than thirty (30) days have passed since the subscription purchase date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request relates to dissatisfaction after Product use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to review product details prior to purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Tracking &amp; Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address and account information provided during checkout are accurate. In cases involving delivery issues, customers may be asked to provide sufficient information to verify the issue before any refund consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Policy Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
