Our client, a growing digital marketing agency, aimed to streamline operations and prepare for future expansion. Facing challenges with undefined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scattered task management, they envisioned a cohesive digital solution to centralize their workflow. Their goal included consolidating employee data, client information, keeping track of daily tasks and project workflows, and lead tracking in a single, user-friendly platform.

 

Working closely together, our Upficient team of experts implemented a customized solution leveraging ClickUp, not only for task management but also for addressing various other needs. By establishing a robust digital workspace, our client now possesses the foundation required to support future growth while optimizing day-to-day operations efficiently.

Digital Marketing

In the Digital Marketing space, we structured an admin folder and individual folders for each client. Client folders serve as centralized hubs for scheduling meetings, storing client information, tracking communications, and managing service-specific tasks and workflows. Implemented to streamline data flow into the admin folder, offering a comprehensive overview for all clients.
