Pitch:
TCF required a centralized system to track the status of pitches sent to prospective clients. Previously, they struggled to monitor each pitch’s progress and determine whether it had been won or lost. We developed a simple, streamlined list with one task per pitch, enabling the team to view all relevant information in a single, accessible location. This approach provided clear visibility into the stage of each pitch, improved organisation, and allowed TCF to manage their sales pipeline more effectively. By consolidating all pitch data on one screen, the team could make informed decisions and respond promptly to opportunities.
